Welcome to Found & Finished. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Our Products 

Found & Finished specializes in carefully selected, restored and refurbished furniture. As many of our pieces are vintage, pre-loved or individually restored, each item is unique.

Natural variations, minor imperfections and signs of previous use may be present and are considered part of the character and history of the piece.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, photographs and colours are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product details before placing an order.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Found & Finished reserves the right to cancel an order where an obvious pricing or product description error has occurred.

4. Custom & Upholstered Pieces

Where a piece has been specifically restored, upholstered or customized for a customer, the customer acknowledges that the item is individually made and may have slight variations from photographs or previous examples.

Customised or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for cancellation or return once restoration or customisation has commenced, subject to applicable consumer rights.

5. Delivery

Delivery fees and arrangements are separate from the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers should inspect their furniture upon delivery and notify Found & Finished as soon as reasonably possible if there is a concern with the item.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights a customer may have under applicable South African consumer law.

7. Ownership & Use of Website Content

All photographs, product descriptions, logos, branding and written content on the Found & Finished website are the property of Found & Finished unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Website Information

We aim to keep our website accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that all information will always be completely error-free or continuously available.

Any personal information provided when placing an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
