At Found & Finished, every piece is carefully restored, finished and prepared with care before making its way to its new home.

DELIVERY

We offer delivery within Cape Town and surrounding areas, with delivery fees calculated according to the delivery address, size of the item and distance.

For areas outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us for a personalized delivery quotation. 

DELIVERY TIMES

As many of our pieces are restored or upholstered to order, delivery times vary. the estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed.

Once your piece is ready for delivery or collection, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date & time.

DELIVERY & HANDLING

Our furniture is carefully handled during transport. Customers are responsible for the ensuring that the delivery address has suitable access for the furniture, including doorways, staircases and lifts. 

Found & Finished cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused by restricted access that was not communicated before delivery.

COLLECTION

Collection may be arranged by appointment from our designated collection point. Customers choosing collection are responsible for arranging suitable transportation and handling. 

IMPORTANT

Each Found & Finished piece is unique and may show subtle signs of its previous life. These characteristics form part of the charm and story of restored furniture and not considered defects.
